The specified delivery time is after the order has been confirmed, and you will receive an e-mail notification to the specified e-mail address as confirmation. Shipments are sent only after payment for the order.

Delivery of international items via Latvijas pasts or Ekspress Post can be calculated individually.

In case of damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the consignee must immediately check the contents of the shipment and in case of damage to the contents must inform the application to [email protected] in writing. Please send a photo with clearly visible damage, as well as a description of the problem.

Return of goods

The Customer has the right to refuse to return the product purchased in the online store to the seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order for the right of withdrawal to be complied with, it is sufficient if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to the consumer or a third party other than the carrier. had indicated as the consignee of the goods.

To agree on the return of the product, please contact GAIL electronically [email protected], indicating the order number and date, and you will be sent a withdrawal form.

The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable and is fully borne by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  • the product is made according to the consumer's instructions or the product is personalized;
  • the packaging of the goods has been opened and the goods have been used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of those goods;
  • paper labels have been removed, tags have been cut off;
  • the product was damaged at the time of opening the package.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, and the buyer must provide appropriate packaging for safe transportation of the goods back to the seller. The money paid for the product, as well as the delivery fee from the store to the buyer, will be refunded after the return of the product, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date when GAIL will be informed about the buyer's decision to cancel the purchase.

The product can be exchanged for another, but all delivery costs must be covered by the buyer.
